Like armor, weapons are an essential part of survival. Unlike armor, their creation isn't quite as straightforward. Some patterns do exist, though they are in smaller groups.
Swords of all types, axes, scimitars and even katars are
| similar. They all need a hilt mold, primordial coal, and two bloodied luclinite sheets-one sheet for the katar. Shaping is achieved using a smithy hammer, while honing of the edges must be done with a sharpening stone. The difference between these weapons comes down to the cut garnets that are applied. usage should be as follows:
Sword: two square cut garnets
Axe: two trillion cut garnets
Broadsword: marquise and square cut garnets
War Sword: marquise and oval
| cut garnets
Katar: half-moon and trillion cut garnets
Scimitar: half-moon and oval cut garnets
Hammers, maces, clubs, censers, flanged maces, wands
|
|
are similar. All of these need rod plans, with exception of the club, which will require battle staff plans. These weapons will require high tensile lacquer and a bloodied luclinite board. Shaping of the wood will be completed with a planing tool. Like previously, the biggest difference is what cut garnets get used. Bloodied luclinite
| garnet usage is as follows:
Hammer: two oval cut garnets
Mace: two round cut garnets
Club: half-moon and trillion cut garnets
Censer: trillion and oval cut

garnets
Flanged Mace: round and oval cut garnets
Wand: oval and half-moon cut garnets
Spiral daggers, hooked daggers, rapiers and athames
| all require a small hilt mold, primordial coal, and a single bloodied luclinite sheet. Shaping will be achieved using a smithy hammer and honing of the edges will be done using a sharpening stone. Just as before, the main difference lies with what cut bloodied luclinite garnet get used, which is as follows:
|
|
Rapier: two pear cut garnets
Hooked Dagger: two round cut garnets
Athame: two half-moon cut garnets
Spiral Dagger: one half-moon cut garnet
|
Besides only using one gem, spiral daggers are also unique in that they require some purified clay to form a receptacle, which also must be primed with bite of the Shissar XXI.

The next similarly assembled weapons would be the spear, short spear, two headed spear, and the bardiche. These weapons all require the use of a long hilt mold and primordial coal. These weapons use four bloodied luclinite sheets, except for the short spear, which only uses one sheet, and one bloodied
| luclinite board. Shaping will be done using a smithy hammer, and edges honed once again with a sharpening stone. Again, the difference lies with which cut bloodied luclinite garnet are applied, which is as follows:
Spear: half-moon and trillion

cut garnets
Two headed Spear: marquise and oval cut garnets
Short Spear: trillion and oval cut garnets
Bardiche: two pear cut garnets
| Next, we have the maul, fighting staff, arcane staff and great censer. Besides the battle staff that needs to follow battle staff plans, the others follow staff plans. After shaping the three bloodied luclinite boards with a planing tool, give a generous coat of high tensile lacquer. Again, the difference lies with which cut bloodied

luclinite garnet are applied, which is as follows:
Maul: two oval cut garnets
Fighting Staff: half-moon and trillion cut garnets
Great Censer: oval and trillion cut garnets
| Arcane Staff: two round cut garnets
Your last group of weapons are the bows. Both need bow plans, high tensile lacquer, two bloodied luclinite boards, and a shimmering steel bowstring. Shape with a planing tool.

Bloodied luclinite garnet usage is as follows:
Longbow: square and half-moon cut garnets
Riding Bow: two half-moon garnets
