they seem to drop off the Senshali type mobs in ME quite often, 7 kills and 6 drops.. so i doubt the rareness of these, or maybe RNGeesus is with me, i dunno.
My rogue has foraged 2 of these in Bloodfalls, so far.
These are DROPPED or at least not forage-able in Maiden's Eye, Umbral Plains or Vex Thal. They are RARE and only have gotten 9 out of 1,560 kills.

I foraged two of these in Maiden's Eye in about 40 minutes with a 265 forager. Rare, but can be foraged in ME...
