I use 2 of these on My Monk along with SCHW's and the high 20's and low 30's come rollin in !!
I've fought side by side with Monks the same lvl using 2 Wu's or 1 Wu and a SoS and they weren't even close to My Dmg.
I have heard something about "Double Attack" kicking off more if the off hand can cycle before the main does again. I'm not real clear on this but wielding 2 of these I get A LOT of Double attacks. Quite offen I'll get 3 or 4 Double attacks right in a row with these. Of course My Dual Wield is way up there for lvl 35 but then what monks isn't?
I think these are one of the best values out there and can often pick one up for 5 to 700p.
A lot of peeps go for the high speed weapons but it seems to Me they r spinning their wheels and not causing max Dmg. This delay is slow by todays standards at 25 but with the added attacks at 22% haste they "R" Damage Dealers !!

With just one more damage point and some low stats and a heavier weight for a monk, it's worth no more than 2K. Tranquil Canes are going way down in price too and even a KD is a better buy for the damage.

Yep, that's what happens from October and January.

You gotta be crazy on E Marr this baby sellss for a meager 1500pp just due to the weight I traded a CoT and 500pp for one two days ago and I was soarta upset when I noticed the weight but overall it's great

I looted one last night. It still drops. Great night in Sebilis once we got past the initial break in. It is amazing how fast things go wrong when the cleric (ME) misses a heal.

I dont know,can anyone tell me if a fighting baton in main and CoT in off is pretty good working for a lvl 16 monk,i outdamage pretty much everyone so i like it and it works great till i port enough wit my druid to get a WUs stick.could anyone answer this and say if thats a good set up or should i change it.

Each Hand is independent on Delay, they inheret whatever weapon is in the hand. They only time these 2 match is when the exact same weapon is in the hand or the are both empty.

The delay on your main hand DOES NOT IN ANY WAY EFFECT the delay on your off-hand...
It has been tested over and over, the delay is seperate for either hand... the offhand runs on the duel wield skill, and that is checked every cycle on the delay of that weapon.
Take two different delay weapons and use them, they weapons will attack at different times. Switch them the other way, and lo and behold, the weapons attack the opposite!
The reason you want a low delay weapon in the main hand is so that you get your bonus damage more often.
Since the bonus damage applies ONLY to the main hand, the weapon you want in your offhand is the one with the best dam/del ratio, so you get the best damage over time.
This weapon in primary and a KD in offhand would be better than 2 of these. The only thing having another one of these in offhand is good for is to taunt a little better, as you would get in more attacks.

Picked one up for my 18 monk, and he hits like crazy. Great item, worth about 5-8k depending on the person.

Actually on Saryrn Server price is more like 7kpp. I weild two of them, at lvl 45 they are better than Knuckle Dusters, and as a Master tailor I get the added bonus of the INT and CHA, which are nice, without having to sacrifice slots for that kind of gear. I get an addes 8 STR...8 DEX...16 INT...16 CHA from weilding both, pretty nice add on stats for weapons IMHO. I will however be selling these on Saryrn, so if anyone is interested send me an in game tell. Both combined still weigh less than my Peacebringer did. Lgithweight monkweapons post lvl 40 are tough to come by, that have any decent stats.
