Legends Server Only Itemi saw an artifact bow once =)
I once saw a Wizzy on my server with an artifact. It was an UBER staff. Had something equivalent to Flowing Thought V or something like that, and insane stats like INT + 30.... It's uber.
And if you all want to know what it looks like, this is how you do it.
1) Go get a Torch
2) Jump in water and equip torch
3) Turn auto attack on and off quickly, but don't attack anything
4) Jump out of water and go into Third Person to see your spiffy new staff (It looks way cool)
This actually *DOES* work, or it did last time I tried it. I suppose I'll go try it again just for fun :D

Thanks Khy. The claws are awesome but they badly need a proc. The event was to defend Sleeper's Tomb from invading Giants, and ended with the killing of several named Giant Generals, and finally the named dragon behind it all (forgot his name >_< ) Fun event.

An item tagged with ARTIFACT. I have never even seen one before lol. Means it is the only one of its kind on its server. (You have no hope in hell of getting this)
15/18, dmg bonus, 8 to every stat and save and 75 mana and hp? Aaaaaalmost makes Legends worth it :p
BTW, a rusty dagger has the same dmg bonus as this weapon, Jeez people, how long does it take for this DMG Bonus stuff to sink in?! It's been a few months now =/
