This item drops off a Deathwing Hunter in LOIO. It really had the feeling of a rare event to me.
I got this my responding to a high level 48 mag's request for tracking assistance in Lake of Ill Omen. His pet did most of the killing, and he let me loot this very nice No Drop item. It is like gaining a level in HP and Mana for me. And the flexibility of ear, face and finger is cool. I tried to solo one before I met the MAG. It was a dark blue con, but still was beating me pretty badly even wth all buffs up. Oh yeah and I also got 50pp for tracking!

I hate when people send in items but don't tell where they came from or any other info.

Hmm... bloodgills are found in the water but they aren't 35, they are higher I think. Bloodscale sounds like a snake? I'd suggest taking a swim to look around but be careful. =)

Well, I do agree with the Ranger aspect of your post about who this would benefit (due to Tracking Mod) but how could you list Bard also and leave out Druid?
