Not hard but...

She's not that hard to solo and has little HP, but you can't snare or root her, she hits for 23-95 (no flurries or enrage, or stuff like that), dispells, and if she's weilding the sword, procs for 83dmg.

I wouldn't suggest doing her without a healer (if you're melee) or without C3 and sow/RS3 (if you're a caster)
pretty easy

54 pet cleric here, she was slowable, debuffable, didn't resist anything of mine, venom of the snake and ice shard, she took about a bub and half of mana with 208 wis. hope any of this helps
who needs root?

I got the sword twice in the same day, but I also kill the turtles when I run out of Meids. They might be PHs. She also drops a nice no-drop Druid bracer ac10 with wisdom. As a druid I solo her with an Anaconda charmed. She seems to remove the charm if the battle goes a while. So I dot her while shes on the anaconda, then nuke her and run. That way she agros me and leaves the snake, so the snake stays charmed. As I run, I wait for the nuke to reset, when ready, I turn and nuke again. Takes about 5 nukes this way and I barely get hit because she never catches me. Call your ranger buddys ahead of time to loot the sword, you can see it in her hand ahead of time.

OK I have caught this mob 4 times now. She does not always drop the sword. Further she wanders the whole river. I have not been able to determine a spawn time or PH, seems completely random. Please if anyone knows more POST. BTW it is almost impossible to pull this mob without adds. If you are not a Bard who feels very comfortable chant kiting bring friends. None of the potemaids can be snared or rooted. Hope this helps.

Does this spawn have a PH? I pulled her from the river and chant kited her, and I agree with the above post. She seemed to take about twice as long to kill as the wildlings and such, so im guessing twice as many hp. I got the nemisis off her. Does she drop it every time? I know its lore but I have some friends in need and would like to know spawn time or PH so i can have them on hand if i can get her again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THX
Silver Nemisis?

Isn't that a direct ripoff of Dr. Who's 25 aniversary special? Holy Cybermen Ranger-boy!

I now HAVE to go to Jaggedpine FOrrest to see if these mobs LOOK like cybermen too.

Cybermen? I better get out the gold dust...lol. but really this mob is a merfolk. I had a pic of the mob but it was too dark to send in.
the graphic of the blade like a LSoEE but with out the runes on the blade and the section where the runes would have been is tranlucent amber and also the pommel. This little mermaid seems to hit a little harder than the Potameid protectors and has a few more hp but only a few hundred more. this could just be she is a lvl or 2 higher then protectors but she is been blue since I came here at 48.

This weapon dropped off of a named Potameid: Myraephe. It procs smite, useful for holding aggro. Fight wasn't too difficult. A 59 chanter and 51 beastlord duo'd her, and a non-named one at the same time, when she dropped this. She was wielding it during the fight.
Hmm...

Decent alternative to a Venom Axe depending on how tough she is.

Anyone know her approximate level, since no stats on her here yet?

Conned blue to me at level 52. Didn't summon, so I figure her to be 50 or less, probably in the mid 40s. I was able to chant kite her down after a bit. Took some running around, but she didn't cast so all I had to spend was time. I'm not real good at guessing hitpoints, but she probably took half again to twice as long to kill as the guardians and wildlings.

I am guessing that if she carries around something she calls the "Silver Nemesis", she probably isn't so pure... =P
Mwahaha !

" Only the Silver Nemesis Knows ! " ^_^

Sounds like something right out of a old radio show. Still, not a bad oddball weapon ... and not being lore, you can have TWO hand fulls of mighty Smite !

I may just have to go back to my hometown in Surefall and pay Ms. " the Pure " a visit ...
