After about 20 hours of killing restless miners and foremen (to try to get the Ry`Gorr Inspector), I tried killing a few other mobs to see if the wristlet would drop from them. Two wristlets dropped from restless watchmen (on two separate mobs) within an hour of adding them to our kill list.
