I got complete set of this armor and still use it all (except tunic) at 21.

hi .. i'm a ranger of the 8th season .. thank you for your post..but there is an item you left out.. for the trueshot legplates .. you need a lightstone.. another thing i found out .is where this is cultural armor..you need to go up the newbie lift ..up 2 levels..you will go by the regular forge .. go up one more platform to find the cultural forge.

Here is a shopping list that you can use to gather items for sleeves, tunic, gaunlets, boots and bracer of the Trueshot gear (amount includes items needed for 2 bracers, not one). I would suggest going shopping useing this list. Good luck!
