Ok so I did a /testcopy and took my skill and materials over to Test. The recipe above is incorrect. The following recipe worked on Test:

Confirmed - this works, and so does the combine to make the Velium Infused version afterwards. Please update recipe to only need 1 Marquis Cut Velium Diamond.
