This dropped off a 'special' rockhopper within the rockhopper caves in the NE corner of DSP.

this item is not even worth the slot in a bag it takes up much less the time and effort...WTF were SOE/Verant thinking ? as a 10th level pally this would be a decent cloak, by the time you can actually get the thing, I would not even use it as a disposable napkin. It is things like this the highlight the fact that SoE support is totally clueless gameplay wise, and that they haven't a single chance in 100 of ever getting things correct. Good thing their billing department is as whacked as support, I am sure someday they will get my account straightened out and start charging but until then, for free EQ is nice...
