I got these off of Elishia Blackguard, another one of the named poachers in JPF, along with 6pp and a Flawless Panther Hide, which is worthless as far as I can tell...

Somone was killing this bandit for exp and let me loot this boots.

I checked the price and merchant offers me 20pp.

So I think then 30-40pp it good price for them.
Bare Halfling Toes

Drubo Evershort was going to go shoeless, since his WIS made it to over 200 without using the feet slot. I saw these boots at the Bazaar for 30pp cheap, so I gave 'em a try. The Graphic is great! Green sock-tops with some detailing, and the hairy-feet and toes are still bare! So my Halfling Druid gets 15 more mana for 30pp without giving up the barefoot look.
yea ok

You did happen to notice that many other classes can use these boots correct? Not bad for beastlords actually. From the level they drop they might even be for a quest. Or they may just be twink loot for some alts. :) But I'm sure there is at least one beastlord of the level to attain these that might actually wear them. As for warriors, rogues, and monks...they'd probably have something better by this time.

On the downside, they aren't magic, so kicking with them might limit their usefulness. :\
