I got this from a named Rockhopper in the Scarlet Desert. Sorry I don't have the exact name of it. =(

There are 2 camps, they are both fairly close to the Netherbain zone in. There aren't many safe pull spots in this zone, wandering wolves can ruin your day.
I have yet to get the Petrified Totem, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the right area. Look for the rock piles, they don't seem to be social at all, so single pulls are easy.
Try to pull from up on the hill near the zone wall.

I ported into dawnshroud peaks to pick up some friends and took 4 steps toward neitherbain lair when he poped up and killed me at level 35. was dead before i knew what happend to me. this may be an area where hes spawns since he was dormant till i ran passed him. ( looked like a pile of rocks)
