Yeah, it procs, every time you take off your greaves, and slap a mob with em. hehehehe. As far as I know, there isn't a single pair of procing pants in the game. Sorry, I couln't resist.

It's an activated effect.. which means you right click it and it casts

ummm. whens the last time you had a peice of armor proc in battle...especially since invis goes when you attack, procs are off weilded weapons. and of course this is a very useful right click casted effect
