Complimentary Velium Infused Gem of Striking  

 

1) Create a Faded Velium Gem of Striking
2) Combine a Crystallized Velium Ore inside the Faded Velium Gem of Striking and it creates a Velium Infused Gem of Striking
3) Convert the Velium Infused Gem of Striking to a Reactive Velium Infused Gem of Striking
4) Convert the Reactive Velium Infused Gem of Striking to a Complimentary Velium Infused Gem of Striking

Same process for the Gem of Devastation, just sub "Striking" for "Devastation" in those steps.
