HP/Stamina and AC.... Thats it. Period. Don't waste your time on any other stats once you get to 50ish and up. Other stats may make you feel warm and fuzzy, but if you ever want to raid, you need HP first, then AC to a smaller degree.
Thankfully, these are actually one of the more useful pieces of Hate armor for us. Too bad Verant had this wierd idea about "well rounded stats" for everyone back in the old days. (notice how Velious armor has stats that matter for each class)

You forgot agility. AGI translates into AC. This is pretty much the best peice of Bard armor in Hate. The 9 STA and 9 AGI will translate into hp and ac while also going to your stats. The sv magic is good too.

AC matters to bards, *alot*
These have higher AC.
They also have AGI, which adds a little more AC.
They even have stamina, which adds HP. Did I mention HP is the 2nd most important thing after AC?
Charisma items are very common, legs with such good AC for the level they are attainable, are not. I for one reccomend these legs over guardian by a long shot.

Do not forget the svmagic also. Even if svmag items are far from uncommon, you have never enough of it ! :)
Combine that with HP, pretty good AC, and those imbrued legs are one of the best not-so-hard-to-get (Mistress of Scorn has them almost everytime) bard legs.

If you're sitting there drooling over these greaves, wipe off your chin and direct your attention to guardian leggings. MUCH easier to get, you don't need to be 46 to get them, and they are actually better than these.
Sure, they only have 12 AC, but add 5 cha and a mess of saves. Makes these legs look quite pathetic for planar gear.

lemme see...nope sorry still don't agree with you...wait, nope. AC IS A GOOD THING FOR BARDS TO HAVE! =) We tend to draw some aggro with those swords/sticks and knives slashing, crushing and poking at the speed of light. STA is good, AGI is good SVS Magic is GOOD...these imo are much better than them silly ol' Guardian Legs...don't they add wis to? I need wisdom like i need to de-ding back to 10.

of course other planes and velious have much better armor than the ones I listed, but a bard of their high 40's around 50 can have this set of armor easy. Very inexpensive is SS and this stuff (Imbrued) sadly, rots alot on PoH.
