I have found this set of collectibles to drop from earth mobs. the white con vekerchiki, blue con duende, the blue con dust sages, the blue con granite envoys and even the yellow con rock scholars. They are all phs for each other in the various rooms in the earth section. I am not saying they don't drop from other mobs. I have had reports they drop from the fire side efreeti and envoys, I just don't do fire side due to faction.
