Im not sure, but i think that the higher your wis/int (either or which ever is higher) effects how fast you learn skills. /shrug not sure So in the long run by the time you get it, it isn't going to matter to much any more.
I just got these last night on the Nameless (Props to Mirksraiders) - A decent replacement for my Ravenscale, in looks at least. I only gain 3ac 5svdis over my ravenscale, and lost 14hp from the STA that ravenscale had. Kinda sucks, I wish they had a little more AC and some more useful stats. Wisdom? Please... Dex, Str, and resists. That's all we ask for!
Why oh WHY did they waste wisdom on a rogue item? Throwing in another 10MR would have been the way to go here. As a HEF rogue, I pride myself in being fast, strong and STUPID: wis 65, int 70. Why mess with THAT?

I just bought my leggings for 9k about a month ago and have been loving them since, but if I didn't have 9k to buy them with, these leggings would be better then anything that even a twinked 50 rogue has.
They put WIS on this for the simple reason of having all your stats greened out. If you look at Ravenscale, it has small INT & WIS bonuses, so that your stats will be the same color instead of that dull grey.
On the newer (read: velious) items, they took it off probably because 1) it's pointless 2) you prolly have something which boosts it, and if you don't it'd be useless anyway!
