Got these, told to turn in in POT...anyone know to which NPC?
Not PoT, PoK. Your guild trainer in PoK will accept the class specifik old planar armor and in return drops a random gem on you.
Yes. I've gotten a Blue Diamond, a regular diamond, a raw diamond, and 2 or 3 peridots out of this quest. I don't think any other gems are available.

Took my first trip to Fear and it was a Ranger's field day... Several pieces had already dropped, which were full random'd to the 7 of us there including a Flux Axe... after 4 randoms, it was down to me and 2 others...
WOOOOOOOOTers, glad I lost out on the others, very nice first piece of TV to have. Still keeping my Ivy legs though at the moment, still have good resists for dragon raids.
