Bertox followers get the shaft with this armor. All neutral or "good" rogues, from all races get 12ac 2str 5dex chestpieces as their newbie armor. Their other pieces are much better than this stuff too.

Probably not, the person submitting it most likely did not give the weight, and it defaults to 0.0
