Shadows of Luclinok first, HUGS Verdi,
2nd no shaman would be caught alive without a weapon in their hands at 20. 3rd the cost to manufacture this involves such things as Iron Oxide (server value Karana 1k) but yes its a nice twink for your baby shammy until you get a web shield & a Stone Idol.

Edit: Iron oxide sells for nowhere near 1k anymore, ever since they upped the drop rate on them (and also had stonegrabbers in Luclin drop them). Now you can easily find iron oxide for 100-200pp each in the Bazaar.

It says above that this is a player crafted item. I'm not well versed in tradeskills, could anyone tell me which skill to even look for the recipie in, or on what site I might find it? I'd like to get whatever skill it is to the point where I could craft this item for a slot myself. Thank you

It's a pottery item, the recipes are at eqtraders.com, and it trivs >250 some of the ingredients are gold bar, purified mana, essences(ie blessed dust of karana for the karana one)

Wrong on two counts:
First, the idols don't use essenses, they use imbued gems (possibly you're mistaking these for the spiritstones and faithstones, they use essenses, not these.)
Second, essenses don't use blessed dust. Only known use for blessed dust (of Karana or Tunare, no other deities have blessed dust at this time) is for recipes invlolvced in the POTC (suxh as the mistletoe cutting sickle and the lucky cabbage). If you mean the celestia essence (which this DOES use), it is created by combining a celestial solvent and a spell component (that makes a 44+ spell, usually) in a mortar and pestle (no fail combine, need not be a rogue). Celestial essense has nothing to do with blessed dust (in fact, you need the celestial essence TO MAKE blessed dust).

It's made using the pottery trade skill. Recipe (lifted from eqtraders.com) for all of the various idols are
celestial essence, water flask, idol sketch, imbued gem, vial distilled mana, sculpting tools, bar of gold, large block enchanted clay - combine on pottery wheel, fire in kiln with HQ firing sheet and divine crystalline glaze.
For The Tribunal idol, the gem would be imbued ivory.
Trivial level for this is >240
