Where does this drop? Which mob in which zone? Any information would help greatly, thanks!
Have this on a non-Legends server now

Got this sash tonight on TP, during a GM event for my Druid. It's nice I can replace the Crystalline belt I had before.

#REDACTED, Posted: Jul 18 2002 at 4:11 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) now why would this thing go to anyone but a wiz i mean a head/neck/waist item with 3int you would have to be smoking something to give it to a none int class

Actually this item is perfectly balanced for the 3 classes that would most likely get it. Rangers, Druids and Bards. The 3 classes that get the Tracking skill. AC and HP is equally valuable to all classes. Bard and Ranger benfits from the Strength. Druids and Rangers benfit from the Wisdom. And Bards benefit from the Intelligence, as they do have mana, gain mana from INT and use it for the 39 Charm song, among others.

Being all/all makes it nice for groups without these classes, since they won't end up having the item rot, since anyone COULD use it. But I would really hope that +skill items whould be defaulted to classes that actually have that skill, when present. It only seems right in my eyes.

Aye....a lowbie cleric might make use of it for the waist also.

Perhaps say a Druid might like it as a waist item ;)
