Ummm.... anywhere fine sewing patterns are sold. Every city zone has at least 1 person selling these patterns. If your high enough in tailoring to even consider attempting this you should know where sewing patterns are found by now

I am a halfling paladin try to make this outstanding armor. I run through the line of questions ending with digg's telling me to find out who put the temper in his bank vault. I cannot find this guy. If u have any ideas on what to do please post it.

I know how to make the armor. Follow the recipe at the top of the page. What I don't understand is your question. This is player made armor, NOT a quest. You don't have to find any NPC.

Hmm .. sure, Tailoring is the highest required skill, but you will need brewing, smithing and .... a LOT of pp to make this.

Not positive, but I believe this is one of the newer "Advanced Cultural" items. If so, then the trivial is at least 240. Quite possible that it NEVER goes trivial. For more definite info, go to www.eqtraders.com

BTW, if this is advanced cultural armor, then each piece ultimately requires one blue diamond, which, if you don't know, drops from very high level mobs. I'm talking planar mobs, and Kunark and later dragons. I've heard rumors thought that it is a rare drop off the dino in Ocean of Tears.

Legs/Bp/Cloak require a minimum of 3 BDs per attempt, assuming no failures on 9 trivials combines (3 on each BD). With trivial failures and average failure rate, expect it to take 10 BDs or so per 3 ring/sheet item.

These do not go trivial, even at max skill. This is made through halfling cultural tailoring. So that answers those questions.

So does anyone know what it looks like? I'm a GM human smith, and I wear Thunderous Heraldic Greaves and BP, but I would trade the 10 agility for 10 stamina on these legs/bp if they have a plate look and don't clash colorwise with my other green plate Thunderous Heraldic.

Ack...yur right /calls in sick to work..........and here we go. Ding 1.....Ding 2...guess ill be busy for awhile.
Well 45 is recommnded what does that mean Really, like a weapon that wont proc before a certain lvl can still have good ratio and damage, but still is useable by lvl 1.

An item with a recommended level has it's stats lowered based on your level (if it's under the recommended level, of course). As an example, say an item has +6 strength and a recommended level of 60 (just to make the math easy to follow). At level 30, it will only give you +3 strength, because you're at half the level recommendation. At 40, you'll get +4 strength, and so on. I've never confirmed whether it rounds up, down or to the nearest whole number, so I can't be sure what the stat would be at, say 45. Focus effects appear to work no matter what the recommended level is, and there's debate over whether Flowing Thought works. I've heard it does, but can't confirm it myself. Procs I also can't confirm, but it appears that the recommended level is when a weapon will proc. Basically it was a system put in place to prevent twinking. There are even items with required levels that can't even be equipped until the level has been reached. Hope this clears it up for you.
