This item is used in tailoring. You combine it with the appropriate number of mind worm hides and a shade silk thread and whala! you have Shaded Hide Boots AC10 STR3 CHA5 INT4 SV vs. DISEASE 7 ALL/ALL WEIGHT 1.5. Hope this helps.

Something about this item strikes me as odd. It is level 50 to attain, yet only +5 AC? Being magical helps with kicking those pesky magical creatures, but +5 ac? That is it? There has gotta be more! It would be weirder if it was RARE, but being COMMON kinda makes sense. Must be loot from a mob that was down on their luck.
