I have the Weight of the gods on my level 58 cleric and I would take this in a heart beat

My comment was in reference to the previous poster suggesting this would rot if someone had their 8th shawl.
My point was its still useful for underwater camps, even if you have better for daily wear.
Heck I've never even seen someone let the EB fishing poles that drop in kedge rot. There is always someone who doesn't have a perma EB item, and nothing sucks worse than having spell EB, and fighting a mob who casts dispell.

this item has great stats and i would take it just for the EB effect.
