This item actually drops off Kaas Thox Xi Ans Dyek.. the other giant poo monster in VT. That's what I looted mine off of.
And the item has been upgraded.. they added 5 sta, 5 to all resists and increased the hps by 5 and mana by 30.. also dropped the AC by 5 and the Fx is Vengeance 1.

What is the effect on this and when you see stuff like this, doesnt it make you wish you could have gotten stuff like this when u were like 50 - 55 and instead of 60?
This is an incredibly nice item! But I must agree with Selarea (see the post below), this item needs some resistances to be a truely universal item.
Good all around piece for every class. Now if it only had resists...
