It took me 1 week to get the key!
Look at the post date 2002 when luclin came out, it was the highest lvl zone in the game. Yes now the key can be aquired in possibly 1-2 days with some luck but also they couldnt be above lvl 60 or have half the AAs we do.

I've stepped away from the game for about 3 months now, and I have never heard of this zone.. I looked on the map that came with Luclin, and I dont see it. I am assuming it is there, can anyone tell me by which zones? Thanks
the zone in vex thal is in the umbral planes, an outdoor zone in luclin. it is gaurded by rumbelcrush (quads for 700, very easy fight once slowed). you need a key to enter the zone, and to get the key you need to kill emperor ssra, the boss of ssra temple, anther luclin zone. he himself is a hard fight. he hits for up to 900 on a defencive warrior, and you need a special type of weapon to kill him. he drops one of the many peices needed for the key

My question is this: The item states that it's recommended for lvl 60. If a lower lvl player (say 40ish) were to obtain this item, would it disappear, not allow itself to be equipped or looted? I've been confused about this for awhile. Especially since many low lvl players are twinked on a daily basis.
Some items with a recommended level can be equipped before that level, but with lower stats...if I understand correctly, some cannot be equipped before it at all.

Since this item is No Drop it's VERY HIGHLY unlikely that a level 40 would have a chance at aquiring one. Not only is Vex Thell a zone for the highest end 60th level raiding guilds, it requires a key that can take months to aquire and steady camping of very high end mobs. I don't think we'll be seeing the Afterlife's and similar guilds putting these on their twinks anytime soon.
