Ring of the Depths  

 

Have seen this one purposely given to barbs and humans, blinkies one and all. All/all was rather a bonus, especially for human and barb rogues and warriors, since they are all blind as bats. I have seen it given to human and barb casters too, since the effect saves a spell slot and makes a nice clickie, and every casting class defiitely needs STA, AC and HP. Until you get the multi stat planar stuff it is certainly not a bad ring for any race or class.

This drops from the Burrower Beast in The Deep. It's the level 63 End Boss to a Ring of Fire like encounter full of Vacuum wurms.
