Rec. lvl does not mean you can't equipit at lower levels. It means if you do, the stats are lower and will show up in red next to the real stats when you equip it. That a halfing druid can't equip it is a bug.
This bracelet is now required level of 51. NOT the recommended level of 51 as shown here.

Nope! NO way! Sorry! I tried to equip this item to my 45 druid and it states that I can't. I was told the number in red meant you got the lower stats if you were not a 51, but either there's a problem from VI or you must, as it reads, be a 51. I'll keep it in the bank until I get to 51 and try it or sell it asap in case prices drop, as some say will happen.

This bracer was not equipable to my 50 druid. However once the druid turned 51 I was able to equip it.

My Halfling Druid can not equip this bracer :(

RECOMMENDED means you can wear it at lower levels but the stats are reduced.
REQUIRED means that you cannot equip the item until the level specified.
NOTE: gnomes give me gas

cool, they added another 25 mana and fixed that damn icon. when i got mine it was ac10 wis10 mana10 and had a sleeve icon. nice to see a little added mana, every bit helps out.

At 50 you will be unable to equip this bracer. However once your druid is level 51 it is equipable.

bought this in bazaar lvl 50 druid and can not equip asked person that i bought it from have to be level 51 to equip
You can, you just do not receive full benefits from the item.
My main is only 35, so i wouldnt know, but i thought that you couldnt equip it at all until you reach the recomended lvl. hmm, oh well, i must have been mistaken

This bracer drops in Cazic Thule off the Gorillas in the Throne Room...We got some drops off the gorillas on the outside of the throne room but named gorillas spawned next to the *old* named lizard in the Temple. We had 2 grps, whiped out once, great exp in here, 10wis bracer was druid only, so bring lots of druids. I'm done, thatz my info.
