The color is more of a blueish grey. Exact codes are red 192, green 192, blue 255. Hope this helps.

I've seen some screenshots of this and it looks blue, but in the above shot it looks white. What color is it, blue or white?

what class n race make this armor? barb warrior? and does it matter what diety he is?>?
The only requirements is that you are barbarian and have good skill and/or luck. Diety and class does not affect the making process, I make them as and agonistic rogue.
Can you wear this if you are an agnostic Barbarian Warrior?
No. There is no non-imbued version so you must worship The Tribunal to wear this.
how much does a full suit go for?
Hard to price such large orders. I would say around 200k for a full suit.
