why are they magic? Do they do anything special?

Yes magic item means they do something special.... Infact these do something VERY VERY special... All races can wear these... large medium and small... isnt that real exciting... and yes that is why they are magic belive it or not it is the truth.. They also wont get rusty

They are just normal pants. "MAGIC ITEM" doesn't mean a item will do something.
