Not on the Plateau... The placeholders for all the Twilight Tro Jegs are "a tro jeg invader"s. These wander across the zone. They get near the zone wall between the two sun revenant ruins near the Twilight Sea zone and across to near the Grey zone. Kill the invaders and he will eventually pop. As with most of the robe/breastplate MoBs. He will be one of the rarer pops. Good luck.
