I'm 53 And Still use My lvl 4 root spell because of the casting time and less mana then any other root ... I dont care about the duration of the root because when I will nuke It will break anyway ....

how about a bit of useful info on this quest, like, let's see, maybe where the items drop and what they drop off of? That would really help out the people that actually want to get this item.

I see all sorts of peeps come on here and complain how worthless these TS items are, and that they are not worth the effort.
I ask..What effort? If your already there getting exp, and the quest items are dropping, why is it worthless.
For the most part, pop into a zone, yell what your looking for, and more than likely you'll get it soon.
Besides, these are better than my Gatorscale arms i've been wearing since on my wizard since lvl 1 (twink), and he's lvl 30 now.
I dont know, just my 2 cents worth. Not everyone can go do ubbermobs.

mines at 53 and still steadly pimpin his gatorscale arms, and would trade them for this PoS anyways I like havin spell haste on when I cast invisibilty alot.

these sleeves are only moderately better than the newbie sleeves sleeves of the arcane order... horribly thought-out risk-vs-reward here I guess... a lvl 45 should not be wearing these, at least IMHO. oh well... another worthless quest I guess... thats kinda how I feel about the burning rapier quest for my rogue nowadays... its just a status symbol. :-\ oh well.

In looking at the item, I noticed that these were NOT No Drop... My guess is that these aren't really in the game for lvl 45 wizzies to wear, but rather for them to sell to lower (but not newb's) players. I could be wrong on this, but that's my take on it.
They just made them attainable by minimum of around lvl 45 players so that there isn't a massive influx of them.
Had they had recommended lvl of 45 then I would probably agree with you on that... Anyway...

Well, I suppose that could be true... but who in their right mind would wanna purchase this item? it really isn't all that great, especially for the time taken to do these quests... All of the twilight sea armor quests are pretty bad, with the exception of a few pieces... sure, they aren't no drop, so you COULD twink or sell them... but would you really want to take the effort for such a truely worthless item? just my 2 cp
In order to sell them, you would have to put a price on them... and for the effort it takes to do the quest, that price would end up being fairly high. However, that price would probably be too much to pay for an item like this... so it's not really a good item to sell, either. :(
