instead of invigorate, its a 100 point heal... Cast time still sucks, but it is awsome for necros when they are low on mana, and health...

If you had a clicky breastplate and this item could you use both to cut cast time in half?
No cause u cant click both at once so ud only beable to use the faster of the 2 clickie timers.

Not a shamans earing... not for the effect at least.
Nice, finally a self heal item that is all/all. If I didn't two box a cleric, I'd spend dkp on this as a soloing chanter for sure.

Well, speaking as a 60th lvl shaman, I wouldn't bother with it. It would take as you say 1min 15 seconds for 6 casts, or 540 hps. That'd be enough for 3 cannibalize 4s. Or, I could cast torpor, and be healed 1200+ hps during that time for a meager 200 mana and turn that back into ~600 mana.

Not that it matters by that point, but it seems like it would make sense if it had like 45sta on it too. I suppose what would make sense doesn't really matter either...
i could see necros and shammys wanting this almost as badly as the melee classes ;) granted 13 sec is a long time to wait for 90 hp.

Note the effect... not Invigor (the sta filler), but InvigorATE, the 90hp heal
