Obviously this is a good robe for wizards..but mages will undoutedly benefit from the same stats (evo bonus namely)..and no one can deny any caster will benefit from the huge hps and mana and Ft4. If your in a guild thats raiding vt weekly you will realize that whoever is deserving and willing to spend the points will win..not because "it'd be soo kewl on my_____".
You are correct. Got this cloak tonight and I'm a 65 chanter. My guild is pretty pimp anyway and I'm probably one of the worst equiped chanter (caster for that matter) so I didn't get anyone bidding against me. So I got it for a steal, but I'm not complaining. Great cloak all around.

man if you re in VT and a wiz you have 255 int. its all about 125 hp 125 mana and FT4 which make s a great cloak for ANY of the 4 classes that can wear it. People who post that kind of reasoning will never see VT.
Well, I agree with the part about being good for all listed classes, however, on the issue of the 255int, the release of PoP now changes that. INT can now be raised to 350 or so, therefore, the int on this is still sweet.
And yes, I realize his post predates PoP, but would hate to see people currently reading the post, and not realizing that int now has a higher cap ,post 60.
Am I the only one that finds this terribly amusing? The person says 60+ you can have higher caps, then this guy says he doesn't, and he is level 59. heh, all that said, what he is referring to is you can have higher caps through Alternate Advancement points. If you are 59 and don't know what AA is, I am a bit worried.
-Cap for all stats go up by 5/level from 260 at level 61 to 280 at level 65. -Innate Enlightenment 5 adds 50 to INT / WIS cap. -Planar Power 5 adds 25 to all stat caps.
So for casters such as myself, the new stat cap is 355 (280+50+25) for INT and 305 (280+25) for all other stats.
Evocation = wizard primary... 15 int = another wizard primary! 35 cold and fire = HOLY SMOKES! 125 HP = well, just nice... lol 125 mana = MORE DAMAGE ON MANABURN! FT 4? Niiiiice....
The only other class with any kind of legitimate claim to this would be the necromancer... but I think Manaburn would be better than lifeburn on a raid situation.
I am an Enchanter and I would be right there rolling with the Wizard. Sure it has the 1%Evocation, but other than that, it is equally good for all Int casters. The flowing thought is what gives it it's value. Not a tiny Evocation bonus.
You wouldn't be rolling on it at all unless it was a pickup VT raid. Those don't happen quite frequently ^^ You'd either be bidding on it with points that you have earned from raiding with your guild or waiting to see who your guild leader decides gets it based on your attendance, contributions to the guild and/or current gear.
Robes have always (mostly) had visible graphics, however the Cloak of Frozen Flames is well, a cloak, and therefore lacking a graphic. Too bad too, I can only imagine what this cloak would look like trailing behind a character.
hey.. can u guys that raided Vex Thal submit some screenshots of your chars wearin the new robes? I want a little more than raw stats to drool over on these items i'll never see... please?
