This is actually one of the newbie quest items in the main cities...right? What a pitiful item for the level it takes to get.
It's excellent Twink gear, and not bad for those who are casual players and don't have the time to raise lots of money / better gear / tradeskills... Also, this is god for mid-level guilds who want something to hunt while still gaining decent experience and exploration...

I have better than this and i only have an hour of play time a night, level 47 right now got braclet of comp and bracelet of beauty(?) one is 15 int the other is 15 to cha. got both at 34, so to me, this quest is a huge downgrade form what im wearing
