i dont think these will nesarily be a tank onley item; just think a caster with these and a mana stone or a manna robe = endless mana!

Actually I am thinking wizads get better wth thier epic. Other than that, I agree, a caster that can produce an 800 pt damage absorber should get first dibs on a mannarobe :) And yes, Mannarobe is spelled here as it is in game.

I dont believe mana stones/mana robes/mod rods use magic skin when taking your life, however, I could be wrong.

Mana conversion does take damage from absorbsion shield first.
