Even though it's useable to all casters. It seems more practical for a necromancer. This is likely to be high ac for a necro and if it's focus remains the same, might save him the use of some expensive bone chips. A cleric might feel they need more ac.
Enchanter can definatly use them more then anyone else.
as a chanter U can easely gewt over 200int buffing urself and after 200int each int point give only 5mana if Ur lvl 60.
so int/60 x Ur lvl
I am 45 and +2int leg cost 400pp for 2x5 = 10mana/60 x45 like +8mana. I definatly prefer to pay 75pp to get +5charisma untill I can pay over 1k to get some +int mana legs

The ac is a little low, but the +5 to dex and chr is awesome for bards.
Not only that but you have to consider that the CHA is just an extra bonus on top of that if the bard is doing crowd control duty. For that very same reason (and the fact that they are ALL/ALL) makes them a great Enchanter item as well.

These are great for the enchanters out there. AC and CHA on the legs, plus they are pretty cheep.
