Clicking on the link to "Portal Dust (Lceanium)" in the 'Lore' section returns a browser error. If someone could update the link, or simply remove it since the Quests section also lists the achievement, that would work.

Those links are from the eq client so you can click on them in game and open up the achievement. This is something I'll have to code in here on the site, in order to fix lore in items from having a clickable link.
