There are several versions of this armor, take the Thunderous off this armor and this armor becomes Barbarian Tribunal warrior only. Helanic Armor is the name I am talking about
A) I can only assume you are referring to the wood elf cultural fletching which also excludes the halfling and half elf rangers.
B) Rangers can't wear ANY player crafted plate armor, and that's what this armor is.
C) You CAN wear the halfling crafted chainmail armor which is for Karana Rangers only. (There is also the Fine Seafarer's Chain if you MUST have human crafted armor)
D) The only chain armor I know of that can only be imbued for Tunare is the High Elf cultural armor. Which makes sense since that's the only deity they can have, and only elves can wear it anyway.
So what exactly is the problem? Human Rangers are pretty much an oddity anyway, learn to live with your choice!

Whats up with this, we can't use the chain cause its tunare only, now we can't use our pown god's armor, we get excluded from all the new fletching and some awesome quests in luclin, Verant must hate human Karana rangers 8(

Actually, Human and Half Elf rangers can wear the Fine Seafarers armor. Lower AC, similiar stats to the unimbued heraldic, but can NOT be imbued (as far as we know).
