You can get all you need in PoK. I made it at skill 120 and nothing failed. Now im the only "golden Warrior" in lvl 15!!!

You can also get everything you need in Qeynos.
High Quality ore from the merchant in South Queynos
and everything else is found at/around Ironforge's in North Queynos.
I currently have a Level 10 Rogue (Bearchan) wearing the complete outfit. He is destined to be my dye combining bazaar mule at 20 (hence the big CHA).
Word of caution: this is some heavy stuff. He is overburdened without any loot at 99 STR!
he's the "Golden Rogue with the Heart of Gold" ;-)

I guess after taking a look, it's not any heavier than Banded Mail :-/
Never realized how heavy chain was!

I made mine at smithing level of 133. I was successful on three of four attempts. (had to do the sleeves twice)

I purchased the raw materials for the armor at the Bazaar, and the gold bar at Shar Vahl.

Enjoy,

There is a merchant just inside Shadow Haven from the Bazaar who sells gold bars. If you can shop there or sneak, whichever is more convenient for you, as long as you're getting all the materials in Bazaar, it's a short trip.

I personally go to Solusek A and slaughter the dogs for fine steel, and then process it myself back at Freeport. I suppose it all depends on the amount of time you want to spend on it.
