You need to understand a few things about Divine Aura to figure out what use this weapon has. First when Divine Aura goes off you are moved to the bottom of the hate list removing you from being a good MT. Second you can just click the icon off. Since this is roughly a slow weapon if it procs you have around 3.5 seconds (+/- haste/slow effects). This would be great for a paladin. The damage/delay can be enough to put you on top of hate list and if you cast a lot of stuns in an attempt to interrupt that puts you farter up the hate list. A proc of this would remove you as a challenger for the top spot on hate list. With Divine Aura you should leave it on for a second or two just to ensure you are not going to be on top of hate list when you remove it. A paladin in high end encounters is probably not going to make it to top of hate list since the warriors should be equipped with better hate gathering weapons and in those fights stuns are not highly useful. If I had this weapon I would tend to use it during large fights especially against large AE mobs that you can rougly gage when the AE goes off. If you are lucky the DA will be on shortly before and you can leave it on till the AE goes off then resume fighting by removing the effect. In single group situations in which I was the MT I would not use this. Every time it proc'd the creature would be pealed off you and jump the next person on list which could be the slower or healer.
