Iv'e clicked this thing over 100 times and it doesnt work. Yes i clicked Stare into madness.
You TP into Shard's Landing at 2, -332, in front of the Unfinished Portal.
Click enough times and you get a port to shard's landing. (I confirmed this with 21 clicks).

It took me well over 21 clicks. I almost gave up. I was probably closer to 40-50 clicks when I got the port.
It finally ported me and gave me the achievement and the painting as a reward. I was clicking a painting in the Guild Hall.
I wish it would port you with every click, nice shards landing port in spot.
Once this is placed, when right clicked there is an option to 'Stare Into Madness', but nothing happens. No buff, no teleport, no visual effect on screen and nothing in the chat log. So what is the result, if any?
*never mind, game volume was down. It's a random laughing sound.
