Anyone know where to get these? I'm looking to get a Beastlord-usable grimling bane weapon, and AntiochusPowerfinger said that they're for turing in to get bane damage...

These aren't meant to be used as weapons right off. They're used in a turn in quest in Shar Vahl which adds Grimling bane damage as well as a proc. There are a variety of weapons like this for fighting in Inner Acrylia, much like you have to equip your guilds with Shissar bane weapons to kill Emp. Ssraeszha or Seru bane weapons for Lord Inquisitor Seru.
I dunno how hard this particular weapon is to obtain, but Icetooth's Claws are fairly easy to buy, if not to loot from him, are MAGIC and are one better damage, plus lighter. The only thing that this Claw of the Horde has over Icetooth's is that it is either hand, whereas Icetooth's Claws are primary only.
Icetooth's Claw is 1hs. This is h2h. Translation: monks/BL can't use icetooth claw. You're comparing apples to oranges.
Feel bad now, didn't know these were quest claws. Can someone shoot me now?
