This just dropped from Rutin Kylong today. He spawns in the southern-most tunnel in the basement of Ssraeshza Temple. (LOC NEG 1100, POS 100)

I just got one of these tonight off named skelly in the mines in Ssra, was hopin it was for quest but as it stands its just another suk vendor item.... so anyway the mystery is solved. ITS JUNK LOOT OFF NAMED SKELTONS IN THE MINES OF SSRA. Big smile.

Ok tease me with the stats and tell me it fits in the range slot but dont tell me where i can get one?.....that sucks :)

I recall seeing this item drop from one of the named skeletons in the Ssra mines. I can't imagine anyone ever wanting one. ;p
10 SV Fire in the RANGE slot ain't too shabby... makes up for when there's no mages there to summon a resist range item...

If ya want fire save in the range slot, there is a 15 fire save (with a few other little stats) book that drops on the 4th floor of ToFS. Much easier to get. Though if memory serves it's only usable by several melee classes. Eh just a thought :)
