As far as I have seen on Afterlife and Fires of Heaven sites, all Vex Thal items are recommended levels of 60, so this is likely to come from somewhere else.
Should anyone learn where this drops, this Info would be very helpful

Stuff with recommended level of 55 seems to come from Vex thal, so this is probably extremely difficult to obtain
with a recomended lvl of 55 i dont think its going to be very easy to get. unless your in a superguild this will be just another page for people to drool over. i for one am curious but could care less, seeing as i wont get it.
Hehe, that's right. If you want to get this, you must be in the guilds Afterlife or Fires of Heaven. I'm on Veeshan, and FoH is constantly raiding Vex Thal. They are rarely not on a raid.
