whats the spawn time on this thing
Look for 14 on EQAtlas, head there and run up the aviak tower and fall off the edge into the water, go right down to the bottom and youll see it, its very very small.

Ok, just to clarify all of this conflicting info...Kuraschll was the only one who was completely correct..it is not #12 on the map. Thanks for the location, was really useful.

Aviak Ladder it is in the water underneath the platform I jumped off it and that is where I found

hate to say it but #12 on EQAtlas map is the barbarian village for the Shaman totemic armour quests.

Actually, epics came in somewhere between Kunark and Velious. Probably closer to Velious than Kunark.
