it has been a year, and i am still trying to get the reports for the third earring, i have spent very little time since i have been in PoP a lot lately.. maybe i can get back to this, or maybe i will find a better ear in EP or TIME... (if i ever get there too)..

i have gotten to the part where the fileing cabinet is ready to attack. It says to hide to change it to indefferent. the part i'm stuck on is i'm a 35 monk and monks don't hide. so how can i change it? Do i need to build faction up? If so what is it's faction? Is there another trick to change him? I need help. thank you

You could also buy an invis potion. They are sold in PoK.
I had to give item to cabinet and then have someone invis me.

I have begun these quests, and tonight recieved the SEcond earring... these earrings are real, on top of that, i have seen the FIFTH earring, the sigil earring of Viracity... OMG i will finish this quest one day, just not soon

**You must complete the Insignia Earring of Veracity and Etched Earring of Veracity quests first**
You have entered Katta Castellum.
Tilbok Furrunner is located near the grave yard area and is inside a castle buildling along the 2nd floor. He is the Rogue guild leader
You begin tracking Tilbok Furrunner.
You say, 'Hail, Tilbok Furrunner'
Tilbok Furrunner says 'Hello there, Limecherry. Pleasure to meet you, I am Governor Tilbok Furrunner. I am tasked with the gathering and security of information for the Concilium Universus, the ruling council of our fine city.'
**give him the report from Euzan Jurek**
Tilbok Furrunner reads through the report, hands you a small satchel then starts to explain, 'Finally news from Euzan. I knew that it would take a long time to get planted within Seru, but I still worried about their mission constantly. This report shows that you have earned trust from Euzan, so I in turn will show the same trust. Euzan and Torsten were placed in the city for information. They are deep undercover and risk their life everyday. Every person in that city is ingrained with the [purpose] of either destroying Katta or converting his people.'

You say, 'what chambers'
Tilbok Furrunner says 'We do not know much about Seru's Chamber, that is what we need you to find out. This will require great effort on your part. We need you to infiltrate Sanctus Seru and bring back reports from each Consillium. I do not know who will have these reports, and I have only heard rumor that they exist. Return to me with the Satchel full, and your Etched Earring.'
**From here, go back to Sanctus Seru and proceed to kill...**
A Lictor of the Heart - LvL 60 -(Summons, Heals, Minor Nuke)-
A Vigilum Cohortis - LvL 60 -(Summons, Heals, Roots, Drones of Doom)-
A Signiferi of the Hand - LvL 60 -(Summons, Heals, Stuns)-
A Custos Armorum - LvL 60 -(Summons, Furys, Stuns, Rampage)-
On the 3rd floor in each of the 4 main Guild buildings. Each kill is HUGE faction hits and will most likely make you KoS to that Guilds Faction. All dual weild and double attack for 150 on the average and 177 seemed to be the max.
Loot a consillium report from each and combine in Satchel.
Return to Tilbok Furrunner and give him Etched Earring of Veracity earing and 'a full satchel'

Tell him we are successfully rooted within Sanctus Seru and await any commands.'

Yes, the Runed Earring of Veracity exists. As a matter of fact there are 5 Earrings of Veracity. First one can be done at level 20-30, in between there because of the levels of zones and faction. The last earring you need to be atleast level 58, 60 for some guilds being that you have to kill Lord Inquisitor Seru, level 65. Plus to get the key to get to him you need to kill other mobs that are 55-60 for the third and fourth earrings and obtain them. I'm pretty sure you get this as a result of turning things in, so it should have originally said what it says now "This item is the result of a quest."

On the 2nd floor of the Heart Consillium, approximatively at location -800, -800, is a File Cabinet.
Remember Euzan Jurek told you would have to go in stealth. File Cabinet is KoS to all but you can turn in the false reports by using Sneak or Wolf Form if you are not a Sneak-able class.
Important Note :
Wolf Form is KoS in Sanctus Seru, and the city is full of level 60+ NPCs. If you are able to, gate immediately after giving the false reports to File Cabinet as a guard will spawn and attack you (unless you are hidden). If you cannot gate, remember to click off Wolf Form before exiting the building and flee. Even if you die, you will keep the reports from File Cabinet you were asked to take back.
Go back to Euzan Jurek and give him the reports and your Insignia Earring of Veracity to receive a note to Tilbok Furrunner and your Etched Earring of Veracity.
