Were I an elf of Tunare, this would be pretty nice--But, being a dwarf of Brell, I wouldn't wear it--besides, I've still got my Earthwalker's Girdle from the halloween GM events that i've yet to swap out with a Belt of the Cenobite, which has 2 better wisdom but not as good mana or other stats at this. It makes one wonder: When are they going to put out the Full Metal Jacket, or the Full Monty? XD
I dont know many WAR, BRD or PAL that worship Tunare. It seems that these are designed toward clerics only, but Verant put in the other classes just to make them feel better.
But it's a good item if you can use it. Especially being able to craft it instead of win the roll, or die trying to get to the MoB.

Woodelf warriors and bards may worship Tunare, so can High Elf Paladins.
Unless I'm mistaken, it's the Only choice available for High Elf paladins. And one of the only choices for a wood elf bard that they does not want to be agnostic. That being said, yes, there's probably as many high elf clerics and both of those 2 options combined, but I don't think we can consider it a cleric BP persay.
