actually im a 24 sk and i might want one of these for the reasists! I play on a pvp server, so i need all the resists i can get
If you have ever camped the Gaz Squire in Upper Guk, you will have like a hundred of these. I was handing them to every newbie I came across ( accept druids of course ).

Picked this up for 15 plat in the lake of ill omen. Replaced one of the few bit's of banded that I am still wearing (now I need a mask). Ac is the exact same as banded, plus the extra stats, make this an excellent item. I would not pay more than 20 plat for it, though.
