Good points. I didn't notice the double-listings for the cure. I wonder if it really works that way. Of course, there's no reason for NOT getting beyond using the equivalent game time and effort for something else. There are also other clickies which cure a lot more counters of both which could be obtained, some with less effort, IIRC.

Looks like it clears 20 poison and disease, not 10. Where I think this would be most helpful is when you have a dot that the healers can't cure in one cast, but there's only a few counters left. Also, if soloing, the mercs don't ever want to cure me at all - they will heal and keep me alive while I click this. LoL, also, some stupid long dots that do almost no damage, but keep me from getting into fast regen... I can see a ton of potential uses for this, and no reason NOT to get it.
